Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members and shift leads
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Promotes a culture of innovation by inviting input from staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Inform owner of any discrepancies
- Operate, clean, and maintain frozen yogurt machines
- Monitor sales, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
- Open and close the store as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Responsible for creating schedules
Requirements
- Previous food industry experience required
- Management experience in food or retail required
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends, on - call
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
