Are you ready to lead the charge in securing enterprise remote access?
Our client is seeking a dedicated platform specialist to spearhead the design, security, and optimization of private access and segmentation using the Zscaler environment. This role is pivotal in implementing advanced access control policies, role-based segmentation, and scalable architectures that ensure secure remote access for enterprise users and applications.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for the ZPA platform, guiding its architecture, design, and administration.
- Policy Implementation: Define and enforce access control, segmentation, and role-based access control (RBAC) policies.
- Integration Expertise: Integrate Active Directory (AD) and LDAP group mappings to support user and application access controls.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze Zscaler logs and telemetry to troubleshoot and optimize access configurations.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the Enterprise Security Architect to align ZPA strategy with broader security architecture.
- Operational Support: Provide hands-on engineering support during change windows and manage operational transitions.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor ZPA engineers, fostering growth in daily operations and incident management.
- Cross-Platform Coordination: Partner with the ZIA Lead to ensure cohesive architecture and policy consistency across Zscaler solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Zscaler ZPA, including architecture, design, and administration.
- Strong understanding of access control, segmentation, Active Directory integration, and RBAC frameworks.
- Proficiency in interpreting and leveraging log data for troubleshooting and configuration optimization.
- Background in solution architecture and systems engineering, with the ability to translate requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Familiarity with enterprise security architecture principles and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities within engineering teams.
