Summary

Job Description:
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Cisco networking, Meraki, routing and switching, WAN, wireless, network security, cloud connectivity, and operational troubleshooting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and incident resolution.
  • Configure, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst and Meraki infrastructure.
  • Support Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, ACLs, and WAN connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot wireless, VPN, firewall, DNS/DHCP, ISP, and network performance issues.
  • Support Azure/hybrid cloud networking, IPsec VPNs, and inter-site connectivity.
  • Perform network upgrades, hardware replacements, migrations, and infrastructure refresh activities.
  • Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and coordination with vendors and carriers.
  • Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, implementation plans, and rollback documentation.
  • Support network automation, monitoring, and configuration management.
  • Provide onsite network infrastructure support when required.
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on Cisco Catalyst routing and switching experience.
  • Cisco Meraki Dashboard, switching, and wireless troubleshooting.
  • Advanced BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, ACL, and WAN troubleshooting.
  • Enterprise wireless, 802.1X, RADINAC, and authentication.
  • Azure networking, hybrid cloud connectivity, and IPsec VPNs.
  • Firewalls, network segmentation, VPNs, and security controls.
  • Wireshark, packet analysis, and network monitoring tools.
  • Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, or network automation.
  • Strong documentation, incident management, and independent troubleshooting skills.
  • CCNP Enterprise certification or equivalent enterprise networking experience.
