Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle AI capabilities and intelligent automation within Human Capital Management.

The consultant will assess existing Oracle Fusion HCM processes, identify opportunities to leverage Oracle AI capabilities, and recommend and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve HR operations, employee experience, talent management, and workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the existing Oracle Fusion HCM environment and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle AI capabilities across HCM modules.
  • Evaluate Oracle Fusion AI features and available generative AI capabilities.
  • Support AI-enabled HR process improvements and automation.
  • Work on AI use cases across Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Experience.
  • Evaluate AI-powered capabilities for employee self-service and HR support.
  • Support intelligent automation for HR workflows and business processes.
  • Assess the integration of Oracle AI capabilities with existing HCM applications.
  • Work with Oracle HCM Functional and Technical teams on solution design and implementation.
  • Review data security, privacy, role-based access, and responsible AI considerations.
  • Support configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment.
  • Prepare solution documentation, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and related HCM modules.
  • Hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion AI capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Oracle AI Agents and generative AI features, where applicable.
  • Understanding of Oracle Digital Assistant and conversational AI.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
  • Understanding of HCM data security and role-based access.
  • Experience in functional assessment, solution design, and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Oracle Fusion HCM AI implementation experience.
  • Experience with AI-enabled HR automation and employee experience solutions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's quarterly AI feature releases.
  • Experience with AI adoption strategy and use-case identification.
  • Strong business stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Expected Deliverables

  • Oracle HCM AI readiness assessment.
  • AI use-case identification and prioritization.
  • Current-state and future-state process analysis.
  • AI solution recommendations and implementation roadmap.
  • Configuration and implementation support.
  • Testing and deployment documentation.
