Responsibilities:
Select feature related HWcomponents detailed specification (FIEspec, turbospec, camshaft profile) & Calibrate dataset of embedded Software functions according to given prerequisites for engines, EATS, drivelines, and vehicle functions.Select features related hardware related components detailed specifications.Drive the engine performance and calibration development Lead a defined area of technical expertise.Contribute to the performance and calibration development, follow verification plan and activities.Manage the synchronization, configuration, and release of complete dataset deliveries.Propose methods and tools improvements. Provide inputs in product and system roadmaps.Manage networking across the organization.
Requirements:10 years or more relevant experienceOn Expert level the employee is a recognized expert in Performance & Calibration Engineering typically obtained through advanced education and work experienceExperienced project lead and an established coach, mentor and educator to othersKnown subject matter expert and a natural go to person for complex discipline related issuesStrong Tshaped profile (either building deeper discipline excellence or developing mature generalist toolbox)Known product owner, often contributing to project roadmaps/strategies within context of industry trendsClear articulation of value creation by joining up the dots between their work and the TD/BA strategy.
