Summary
- Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Business Central or Finance & Supply Chain Management) to meet business requirements.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes across finance, supply chain, or operations, and map them into standard D365 workflows.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and routine system troubleshooting.
- Data Migration & Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to support data mapping, legacy system data migration, and third-party software integrations (e.g., Power Platform, CRM).
- Training & Documentation: Develop technical documentation, user guides, and train internal end-users on system usage and best practices.
