Location: San Antonio, TX

Type- Contract

Onsite: Day 1 Onsite at customer location 

Only on Contract: $40/hr. on W2 with all inclusive

Skills : Paints Shop with Manufacturing Background

JD :

•             Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.

•             Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering, with a demonstrated history of successfully completing projects and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

•             Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE), and other engineering software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB, or similar).

•             StandardPro and/or Modapts experience is a plus.

•             Experience with ERP systems and simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simio) is a plus.

•             Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facilities/layout design.

•             Working knowledge of advanced quality control tools, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques (e.g., PFMEA, Pareto analysis, SPC).

•             Strong leadership skills including managing engineering teams and projects.

•             Experience in preparing and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

•             Highly effective written and verbal communication for creating technical documentation, reports, presentations, and working with cross-functional teams.

•             Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering problems.

•             Experience with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and industry-specific regulations.

•             Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing work environments.
