Summary

A rapidly growing robotics and automation company in the Greater Boston area is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the development of advanced electrical systems powering next-generation robotic platforms. This role focuses on electrical architecture, embedded systems, PCB design, power distribution, firmware integration, and hardware validation for complex industrial robotics systems deployed in real-world environments. The position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge robotics technology while managing a high-performing team responsible for bringing scalable hardware products from concept through production.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys balancing technical execution with team leadership. The company is looking for someone who can drive electrical and firmware strategy while collaborating closely with mechanical, software, validation, and deployment teams to build reliable field-ready robotics systems. You'll have direct influence on product architecture, engineering processes, and long-term technical direction while helping scale both the technology and the engineering organization. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, ownership over complex systems, and building products that interact with the physical world, this role offers tremendous technical and leadership growth.
