JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will lead the Enterprise Applications team in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise application solutions across Cloud and OnPrem environments. The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will support key enterprise platforms (Workday / iCims / Dynamics / QuickBase / Additional Custom Developed Products), ensuring the successful development, integration, and operation of enterprise applications and supporting technologies.Β  The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, to translates business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions. The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will develop custom applications, design integrations between enterprise systems, support DevOps processes, and deliver targeted technology solutions that improve business operations while aligning with the enterprise technology standards.

About the Project: The Technical Lead (Innovation Team) will drive the in-house development of a remote medical assessment tool pilot project and support scaling the development capabilities internally. The Technical Lead (Innovation Team) will combine technical leadership with hands-on coding in Azure, low-code tools, and integrations, while evaluating third-party solutions as the pilot expands to additional customers and the team grows.
