Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract position opening (contract term approximately 6 months, with possible extension and/or conversion to a full-time employee, if the candidate is a good fit for the role/team) for a Sr. Power BI/ERP Developer resource with our client in Irving, TX. *This is a 100% onsite position.
Role: Sr. Power BI/ERP Developer
Role Summary
This is a technical leadership role blending architecture, business analysis, and hands-on development. This is not a pure management position. Candidates must be able to perform hands on work, not just manage it.
Required Qualifications:
- Full stack software development (hands-on experience, not just oversight) experience
- Power BI and BI reporting/dashboard development experience (including building reports and data models, not just consuming them)
- Backend database architecture and design experience
- ERP systems: Microsoft Dynamics or SAP experience (must have at least one) --both functional and technical experience
- Workflow and process flow design and documentation experience
- Technical business analysis, translating business requirements into technical solutions experience
Soft Skills / Work Style
- Highly analytical and process-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and driving structure in ambiguous environments
