Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead engineering projects from initial concept through design, validation, and production release.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support product design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive issue resolution related to design, manufacturing processes, or field performance.
  • Coordinate prototype builds, validation testing, and production readiness activities.
  • Document designs, changes, and project milestones in accordance with internal standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with products or systems that incorporate electronic components.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering projects from concept to production.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a technical point of contact across various departments and suppliers.
