*This role is 5 days onsite in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin* They are looking for a candidate to manage and guide a small, high-impact team of developers. This role is intentionally not hands-on, but requires deep Java knowledge to steer architecture decisions, coach engineers, and remove roadblocks. You'll work closely with product and Agile partners to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals.
