Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to support Salesforce platform administration and configuration. The candidate will work closely with business teams, developers, and technical stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce platform supports business processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

User and License Management

Set up new users and manage permissions and access levels.
Handle user provisioning and deprovisioning activities.

System Configuration and Customization

Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Customize objects, fields, workflows, and automation.
Develop custom applications within the Salesforce platform.

Report and Dashboard Creation

Design and build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide insights and reporting to stakeholders.

Troubleshooting and Support

Address user-reported issues and provide technical support.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, engineers, and sustain teams to resolve complex problems.

Staying Up-to-Date

Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Understand new functionalities and identify opportunities to leverage them within the organization.

Collaboration

Work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and team members to understand requirements and ensure Salesforce effectively supports business workflows.

Subject Matter Expertise

Serve as an internal expert on Salesforce best practices, governance, upcoming features, functionality, and industry trends.

Data Access Control

Design and execute organizational and user control for data access within Salesforce.
Manage object-level, field-level, and record-level security.

Process Evaluation

Evaluate existing processes, process automation, and reporting requirements to determine the most efficient solution.

Solution Alignment

Partner with product and technical teams to align with product strategy and technology goals.

Service Cloud Optimization

Support Service Cloud redesign initiatives to improve business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Release Management

Prepare for and support Salesforce platform releases.
