Summary
Key Requirements:
- Strong Business Analysis with HCM integration experience.
- Strong experience in HCM platforms, preferably Workday.
- Experience leading HR Technology transformation and implementation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI/AI Agents, or AI-driven HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
