Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional and technical solution design across MFCS, IMCS, and RESA.
- Understand and design end-to-end retail processes covering merchandising, procurement, invoice matching, store operations, sales, inventory, and financial integration.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, solution design, and architecture decisions.
- Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Retail and ERP and financial systems.
- Define and review APIs, batch/file interfaces, data flows, integrations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions leverage standard Oracle Retail capabilities while minimizing customization.
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and integration standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8 12 years of Oracle Retail/retail technology experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS, IMCS, and RESA.
- Proficient in Oracle Retail integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, SQL/PLSQL, APEX, and middleware/integration platforms.
- Experience leading both functional and technical teams on Oracle Retail implementations.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, solution design, and problem-solving skills.
