Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking Network, Site Survey, Unified Communications & Network Operations Professionals – 8 Positions for our client New York State Office of Information Technology Services (NYS ITS) in New York State. Position Title:
8 Network, Site Survey, Unified Communications & Network Operations Positions

Location: New York State
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Duration: Contract – 5 Years
Work Schedule: Full-time; shifts may include days, evenings, overnight, weekends, and on-call support depending on position
Pay rate: Open

Positions Available:

• Tier 1 Network Support Analyst
• Tier 1 Site Survey Engineer
• Tier 2 Site Survey Engineer
• Tier 3 Site Survey Engineer
• Unified Communications Specialist – Level 1
• Unified Communications Specialist – Level 2
• Unified Communications Specialist – Level 3
• Network Operations Manager

Responsibilities for these positions include, but are not limited to:

• Provide network support, troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, implementation, and technical assistance for enterprise network environments.
• Support routers, switches, TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and related network technologies as applicable to the position.
• Conduct site surveys and support equipment installation, relocation, removal, cabling, asset management, inventory, and network assistance for Site Survey positions.
• Analyze site requests and support network equipment, circuit, and cabling requirements.
• Support Cisco VoIP, Cisco Call Manager, Webex, and Unified Communications environments for applicable positions.
• Perform UC provisioning, configuration management, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and change management.
• Provide advanced UC systems engineering, implementation, maintenance, and technical leadership for applicable senior-level positions.
• Support network operations, maintenance planning, performance monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Support enterprise network maintenance and operational activities for NYS ITS.
• Provide applicable shift, weekend, holiday, and rotating on-call support.

To be considered for these positions, you should have:

• Education and experience meeting the specific minimum requirements for the applicable job title.
• Relevant network support, site survey, Unified Communications, or enterprise network operations experience as applicable.
• Demonstrated experience with the mandatory technical requirements for the specific position.
• Candidates must be able to provide exact month/year employment dates to document required experience.
• Candidates should clearly identify which of the 8 positions they are the best fit for based on their actual experience.
• Candidates must be available for applicable evening, weekend, overnight and/or on-call requirements.
