Responsibilities- Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, analytical thinking, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying issues, improvement opportunities, and system performance bottlenecks.
- Work with traditional infrastructure platforms, including hypervisors, SAN, and NAS technologies.
- Administer Windows operating systems and participate in scheduled off-hours maintenance and on-call rotations.
- Apply working knowledge of the ITIL framework for service management best practices.
- Provide proven experience deploying, configuring, and managing resources in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
- Exhibit hands-on expertise with public cloud technologies including:
- IaaS (compute, networking, security, IAM, storage)
- PaaS (gateway services, databases, application services)
- Utilize DevOps and IaC tools such as Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Terraform for automation and infrastructure provisioning.
- Maintain strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and cost-management best practices.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Preferred: Additional hands-on experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform beyond the required baseline.
