Seniority
- 7 - 25 years of experience as a Staff/Senior Software Engineer with full-stack web app development from design through deployment. Minimum 5 years of being a Senior-level engineer
Work experience
- Worked at a tech company where software was the product (high-growth tech startups like Ramp, not non-tech industries like retail banking)
- Experience in high-growth tech startups/companies (VC-backed or FAANG)
- Designing and scaling complex relational DB schemas
- Fintech companies is a plus
Hard skills
Strong proficiency in TypeScript with clear examples of complex system/products they''ve built hands-on recently on their resume
Scaling high-throughput distributed systems in the cloud with AWS and Terraform
React on the frontend, Node/Express on the backend (running inside Docker), GraphQL/Apollo on both sides, and Postgres as our database.
Familiarity with modern AI product development lifecycles (evals, experiment design, dataset curation, etc).
SRE-oriented mindset (reliable, observable, low-toil infra)
Soft skills
