Job Description:

• We are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer with deep expertise in the RadiantLogic RadiantOne platform.
• In this role, you will design, deploy, and support identity virtualization architectures using FID, VDS, and ICS.
• Your core impact will be streamlining authentication and governance by merging multiple identity silos into a unified enterprise data layer.

Core Responsibilities

• Identity Virtualization: Design and deploy RadiantOne FID (Federated Identity Directory) architectures to aggregate disparate enterprise systems into a common access point.
• Directory Engineering: Build and optimize complex directory structures utilizing RadiantOne VDS (Virtual Directory Service).
• Correlation & Sync: Implement RadiantOne ICS (Identity Correlation and Synchronization Server) to map schemas, handle attribute mappings, and correlate user records across conflicting identity platforms.
• Cache Management: Configure persistent caching policies and HDAP storage mechanisms to maintain real-time, highly-available identity data performance.
• Integration Support: Connect third-party data sources including Active Directory, LDAP, relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle), and REST/SCIM APIs.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor vds_server alerts and orchestrate recovery strategies for RadiantOne clusters during service interruptions.

Required Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in specialized Identity & Access Management engineering.
• Platform Expertise: Minimum 3 years of direct engineering experience explicitly configuring RadiantOne FID, VDS, and ICS engines.
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with LDAP structures, Active Directory forests, SQL query formulation (joins, views), and schema translation.

• Scripting: Competency writing custom components or API hooks using Java or Python for complex computed attributes.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience utilizing RadiantOne to accelerate downstream IGA systems like SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Experience with RadiantOne Cloud Federation Service (CFS) or modern authentication standards (OIDC, SAML).
• Radiant Logic official administrative certifications.
