Title: Project Manager
Location: On site in Holly Springs NC
Duration: 8 month contract, open to extensions


Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Proven success managing cross-functional workshops, strategic planning sessions, and operational readiness activities focused on strengthening organizational capabilities, leadership alignment, workforce planning, and sustainable execution strategies. Skilled at coordinating diverse stakeholders, facilitating collaborative working sessions, and delivering measurable organizational outcomes.

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Client North Carolina Organizational Strengthening Workstream, ensuring alignment across leadership teams, operational stakeholders, and support functions. The role supports organizational readiness, capacity-building initiatives, process alignment, talent strategies, and sustainable operational improvements designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities for the ANC Organizational Strengthening Workshop.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning & Development, and leadership teams.
• Facilitate workshop sessions, strategic discussions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and follow-up action planning.
• Drive organizational strengthening initiatives focused on workforce planning, leadership development, operational alignment, and process optimization.
• Track project deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, and escalation items to ensure timely execution.
• Develop communication strategies and reporting tools to provide updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities to encourage adoption and organizational alignment.
• Create workshop materials, dashboards, meeting documentation, and post-workshop implementation plans.
• Identify operational gaps, improvement opportunities, and resource needs to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to ensure workshop outcomes translate into actionable execution plans.

Basic Qualification:
Master''s degree and 2 years of experience or
Bachelor''s degree and 4 years of experience or
Associate''s degree and 8 years of experience or
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
