Skills:
8 Required Developing software solutions using Python and .NET technologies.

5 Required Re-engineering manual workflows into automated workflow systems
5 Required Collaborating with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution evaluation or adoption.
3 Required Developing workflows using tools such as Power Automate.
2 Required Developing and optimizing prompts, instructions, and grounding strategies for AI systems.
2 Required Using AI-assisted development practices including prompt-driven programming and validation.
2 Preferred Building complex Power Platform solutions leveraging Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio.
2 Preferred Designing multi-agent, orchestration, or event-driven architectures.
2 Preferred Developing agentic infrastructure including retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and MCP integrations.

Description:
The contractor will design, develop, test, document, and support automation solutions that improve business processes, integrate systems, and reduce manual effort. Responsibilities include developing workflow automations and custom applications, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining technical documentation, occasionally collaborating with business and stakeholders, and applying AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.

Required Experience:

• Designing, developing, and supporting workflow automation and intelligent automation solutions that improve business processes, reduce manual effort, automate decision-making, and integrate enterprise systems.
• Developing software solutions using Python and .NET technologies, including containerized and distributed applications utilizing Docker and Nomad.
• Using AI-assisted development practices, including prompt-driven code generation, code review, testing, and validation of AI-generated solutions.
• Experience building solutions using automation tools, preferably Power Platform systems.
• Building and consuming API s, integrating systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and producing technical documentation.
• Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure automation solutions.
• Experience making sound judgment to work independently with limited technical direction on moderately complex assignments.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution evaluation or adoption.
