Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support cash management and online banking products within a dynamic financial services environment. This role combines technical support, client interaction, and operational execution, offering strong visibility across internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and technical support for online cash management and digital banking products
  • Deliver virtual training sessions (e.g., WebEx) to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Perform client onboarding and system setup for cash management services
  • Monitor platform usage and proactively troubleshoot issues within defined authority
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer and internal user support, ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product implementations
  • Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, reporting, and documentation requests
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Manage daily operational tasks, reporting, and correspondence with high attention to detail

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in cash management, treasury services, banking operations, or financial services support
  • Strong knowledge of online banking platforms and cash management products
  • Proven experience in customer support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering virtual training
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in operational execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or regulatory examinations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Product, and Operations teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools

This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
