We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support cash management and online banking products within a dynamic financial services environment. This role combines technical support, client interaction, and operational execution, offering strong visibility across internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational and technical support for online cash management and digital banking products
- Deliver virtual training sessions (e.g., WebEx) to clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform client onboarding and system setup for cash management services
- Monitor platform usage and proactively troubleshoot issues within defined authority
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and internal user support, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new product implementations
- Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, reporting, and documentation requests
- Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
- Manage daily operational tasks, reporting, and correspondence with high attention to detail
Required Qualifications- 5-7+ years of experience in cash management, treasury services, banking operations, or financial services support
- Strong knowledge of online banking platforms and cash management products
- Proven experience in customer support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering virtual training
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in operational execution
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or regulatory examinations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Product, and Operations teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
