Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in Spark, SQL, Python, and Databricks to mine, analyze, and transform complex data from diverse data sources. The ideal candidate will help build scalable data solutions, enable self-service analytics, and deliver high-quality insights to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and mine complex, high-volume, and diverse datasets using Spark, SQL, Python, and Databricks
Work with multiple data sources and platforms including databases, OneLake, Snowflake, and cloud data platforms
Design and build well-governed, scalable data solutions to enable self-service analytics for data consumers
Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and platform teams to implement data access controls and governance standards
Develop and maintain data quality monitoring tools, including validation, anomaly detection, and reporting
Create metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations to deliver actionable business insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytical solutions
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Spark, SQL, Python, and Databricks
Experience working with Snowflake, OneLake, and relational/non-relational databases
Knowledge of data governance, security, and access management
Experience building data quality frameworks and monitoring solutions
Strong background in metrics development, dashboards, and data visualization tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and soft skills (must-have)
