Summary
We are seeking a data engineer with strong experience building scalable, near real-time data pipelines in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with Epic data, interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and modern data platforms including Snowflake. They are proficient in SQL and Python, with demonstrated experience developing Snowflake stored procedures and optimizing data transformations for analytics and machine learning use cases. The candidate should be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data (e.g., JSON, PDFs, clinical event streams), understand data governance and HIPAA requirements, and collaborate closely with data scientists, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to enable production-grade predictive analytics and ML workflows.
