Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to oversee the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers. CTA certification mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Program Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 4 years relevant experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM and ITAM.
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
