Software Engineer II (.NET / Blazor)
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer II to support the design, development, and modernization of web-based applications. This role focuses on building and enhancing front-end and back-end solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor, and SQL while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.
The position is onsite in Austin, TX and offers the opportunity to work on complex application development, legacy system modernization, and ongoing system support within an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform advanced computer programming and software development activities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex client/server and web-based applications
- Build and enhance front-end and back-end solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Develop and maintain database-driven applications using Oracle, SQL Server, and stored procedures
- Migrate and modernize legacy and standalone databases to interactive, scalable platforms
- Collaborate with systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Analyze technical issues, system limitations, and business needs to design effective solutions
- Support application software through troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
- Conduct research and analysis to support application improvements and specialized development efforts
- Recommend process and best-practice improvements for application development projects
- Present application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for review and approval
- Participate in Agile SDLC activities, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications
Strong experience with C#/.NET, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL
Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server, including stored procedures
Experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor
Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX
Ability to pass a criminal background check
