Summary

Role: Sr Full Stack Developer

Location: Fremont, CA- 5 days onsite per week

Duration: 6-12 months Contract+ with potential CTH

A senior-level Software Engineer with strong C#/.NET, Angular, and SQL skills who can go beyond basic coding, explain technical tradeoffs, solve difficult problems, perform well on advanced coding assessments, and clearly demonstrate deep technical understanding during interviews. Company background is less important than proven capability and problem-solving skills.

Here is what manager looking for:

Technical Strength

8+ Years of Professional Software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8/9/10 preferred).
Strong C#/.NET experience (preferred language).
Solid Angular knowledge.
Good understanding of SQL, including advanced concepts, tradeoffs, and best practices.
Experience with object-oriented programming.
Ability to work across front-end and back-end technologies.

Depth Over Surface-Level Knowledge

Candidates should be able to explain:

Why they chose certain approaches.
Pros and cons of different solutions.
Technical tradeoffs.

He specifically mentioned concerns about candidates who can answer basic questions but struggle when asked to go deeper.

Strong Problem Solvers

Able to tackle challenging coding problems.
Comfortable solving new problems rather than relying on memorized answers.
Can work through difficult algorithms and coding challenges.
