Job Description:
At least 10+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
10+ years in business analysis, requirements definition, and building SAP systems solutions. SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Vistex modules.
Should have a thorough understanding of all the components in the various Vistex Rebate modules/processes (Chargeback, Billback, Customer Rebates, Claims processing, Settlements, Pricing Agreements, Rebate agreements, settlement, Incentives / Paybacks & Vistex Month end activities). Strong hands-on Vistex Expertise in agreements/contracts, claims, sales tracings, accrual & settlement functionality in Vistex
Experience in EDI integration with distributors and customers.
Experience in Vistex IP composite model.
Demonstrated experience in designing & building complex SAP SD/OTC/Vistex business processes and completing complex projects.
Should have worked on at least one End to End Vistex Implementation or 10+ years SAP Vistex experience Solid understanding of the Vistex business processes such as Contracts, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Rebates, Incentives.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment
Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and also in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Adept at understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff.
Expertise and demonstrated experience in test life cycle management which includes organizing and managing all phases of the test process, planning tests, executing tests, and defect management process.
Experience creating and executing unit test plans.
Technical Skills [ABAP] will be added advantage.
