Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Delivery Ownership Key Owns full lifecycle delivery of assigned initiatives Breaks down requirements into executable deliverables Drives work to completion not just development done Ensures quality testing and readiness for production Manages dependencies and flags risks early.
Hands On Full Stack Development Actively codes across the stack Backend APIs services data access Frontend UI integration as needed Database SQL performance data integrity Reviews and approves code sets coding and design standards Debugs production issues when needed.
Communication Leadership Critical Strong verbal and written communication translates technical detail into clear status updates aligns with business partners and product owners Leads discussions decisions and trade offs Mentors junior developers and coordinates team effort.
Backend NET Python.
Frontend React Angular modern JS frameworks.
Database Strong SQL schema design performance tuning.
APIs REST integration patterns.
Dev Practices Git CICD testing discipline.
