We are seeking an experienced Linux Platform & Server Migration Engineer to join a large-scale infrastructure modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Own, manage, and engineer enterprise Linux compute platforms throughout server migration projects.
Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end server migrations across physical servers, virtual machines, and VMware ESXi hosts.
Perform VMware administration, including host provisioning, VM migrations, vMotion, Storage vMotion, DRS, HA, and lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise Linux infrastructure.
4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise server migration projects (P2V, V2V, and data center/site migrations).
Strong experience administering Linux operating systems and understanding Linux internals.
Expertise with VMware vSphere/ESXi including:
Host provisioning
VM lifecycle management
vMotion
Storage vMotion
DRS
High Availability (HA)
Experience managing iSCSI storage environments, multipathing, and storage troubleshooting.
