Role Summary
Seeking an 8–10+ years experienced Mobile Lead Developer with deep expertise in Android architecture, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Google Wallet/Pay, NFC, Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

 the lead will oversee digital wallet integrations, payment tokenization, PCI compliance, location-based services (Google Maps SDK, geofencing), and device-to-device proximity interactions while driving modern Android CI/CD, security, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
* Digital Wallet & Secure Payments: Lead end-to-end integration of Google Wallet (passes, loyalty, transit) and Google Pay (payment tokenization, merchant validation, PCI compliance).
* Proximity & Location Services: Architect precise device-to-device ranging using Android Nearby UWB APIs, NFC (Host Card Emulation / Reader/Writer), BLE, and real-time mapping via Google Maps SDK.
* Architecture & Team Leadership: Establish MVVM/Clean Architecture guidelines, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor engineers on modern stack standards (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Hilt).
* Security & Compliance: Enforce Android Keystore encryption, Biometric Authentication, Play Integrity APIs, certificate pinning, and secure transaction handling.
* CI/CD & Delivery: Collaborate with product teams to drive continuous integration, automated testing, crash reporting (Firebase/Instabug), and Google Play Store deployment.
