Internship Overview:
Nasdaq's Internship Program provides outstanding opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience during a 10-week internship. As part of the program, you will partner with a mentor, network with senior colleagues, and take on a real-world project with real-world impact and gain practical skills that will help shape your career for years to come. Additionally, you will meet with senior leaders and participate in professional development activities throughout your internship.

What You'll Bring - You are a rising senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester at an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field and on track to graduate.

- Strong self-motivation and a results-driven approach to your work.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A naturally curious mindset with a passion for learning new topics and solving problems.
This position will be located in New York City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $21 - $37. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual boncommission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
