Job Title: Product Owner Capital Solutions Digital Platform.
Location: Edison, NJ & New York, NY (Need to travel both location as needed)
Duration: FULLTIME

Program Context:
The Product Owner will support the Capital Solutions Digital Platform a self service portal enabling Financial Service Partners FSPs to securely access shareholder account information submit service requests and track request status with a focus on T1 processing and operational efficiency.

Role Summary
The Product Owner will work jointly with the Client s Product Owner and Business teams to identify opportunities define business requirements and maintain a prioritized feature backlog that ensures continuous delivery across monthly releases. The role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams while ensuring adherence to client s Agile Ways of Working WoW.

Key Responsibilities Product Ownership Backlog Management
Work jointly with Client s Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities and convert them into well-defined business requirements.
Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features ensuring adequate work availability for at least four upcoming sprints.
Ensure Definition of Readiness DoR is met for all features and user stories as per Client s are WoW guidelines.

Product Owner Capital Solutions Digital Platform
Collaborate with development architecture business and dependent teams Infrastructure Operations.
Service Management API squads security etc to establish a common understanding of requirements
Align and agree on interlock dates for feature delivery across dependent teams.

Delivery Governance:
Support monthly release planning aligned to the Client s release calendar R1 R2 R3.
Participate in Change Control Board CCB discussions for scope feature movement and prioritization changes.
Provide inputs for UAT readiness and signoff support in collaboration with the client s Product Manager.

Agile Ceremonies Execution Support
Participate in sprint refinement backlog grooming sprint reviews and user demos.
Support teams in maintaining feature flow aligned to minimum feature velocity commitments defined in the SOW.

In Scope Functional Areas
The Product Owner will support features across but not limited to
Account Information Search.
Service Requests Transfers Conversions Bulk Uploads.
Account Onboarding Offboarding.
User Management Access Control.
Reporting Notifications.
Integration with Middle Office Systems.
Required Experience Skills.

Mandatory:
15 years of total experience working as Product Owner for 5 years.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in largescale digital platform or financial services programs.
Strong experience translating business needs into Epics Features and User Stories.
Hands on experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
Experience working with for Azure DevOps ADO backlog and feature management.

Preferred:
Experience in Capital Markets Shareholder Services or Financial Services Platforms.
Familiarity with T1 settlement account servicing or regulatory driven platforms.
Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams US India UK.

Governance Accountability:
Joint accountability with the Client s Business and Product teams for feature definition and readiness.
Final product direction and approvals remain with client s.
Role operates within the RACI framework defined in the SOW.

Success Measures:
Features consistently meeting Definition of Readiness before sprint commitment.
Smooth monthly releases with minimal scope churn.
Clear backlog visibility supporting uninterrupted delivery.
Timely stakeholder alignment and reduced dependency risks.
