Job Title: Enablon Support Specialist / Enablon Platform Champion Location: Rosemead, CA / Remote

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Enablon Support Specialist (Platform Champion) with strong expertise in Environmental Sustainability and EHS management systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a techno-functional support lead, providing L2/L3 operational support, system administration, and functional guidance for Enablon implementations.
This role involves incident management, configuration, system monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and KPI reporting to ensure stability, data quality, and effective use of the Enablon platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the techno-functional operational support lead for Enablon implementations.
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Enablon applications, including incident and problem management.
- Handle user access management, error monitoring, and issue troubleshooting.
- Configure, modify, and customize Enablon modules based on business requirements.
- Interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Maintain and support Enablon modules including:
- Risk Management
- Metrics
- Health & Safety / Incident Management
- Audit
- Shared Functions
- Monitor deployment stability and ensure periodic validation of active users and clients.
- Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare and publish monthly KPIs, including data completeness and system performance metrics.
- Serve as the EHSQ Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for technical and functional queries.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support procedures.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of support and project deliverables.
Required Qualifications (Essential Skills)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting or implementing Enablon software solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the EHS / Sustainability domain.
- Enablon certification in Builder, Shared Functions, IMS, and Audit modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of EHS modules including Risk Management, Metrics, Health & Safety, Incident Management, Audit, and Shared Functions.
- Solid understanding of environmental, health, safety, occupational health, and sustainability concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or supporting other EHS software platforms.
- Knowledge of EHSQ concepts and standards, particularly within the capital projects industry.
