Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Experience: 8+ yrs Oracle (5+ Fusion Cloud)

Summary: Support and improve Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM and EPM for a Gaming & Hospitality client. The work covers ServiceNow support, quarterly patch testing, OIC integrations and GenAI agent builds.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve ServiceNow tickets within SLA, mostly in SCM, Procurement/AP and Financials/Projects
  • Run quarterly ERP/SCM/HCM regression testing and monthly EPM release testing
  • Build and support OIC integrations (e.g., HCM→Okta, AP 3-way match)
  • Support delivery of Fusion AI Agent Studio agents through UAT and production
Must-Have
  • Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Receiving) and Financials (GL, AP, FA, Projects)
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Release/regression testing and ServiceNow
Nice-to-Have
  • EPM (FCCS/ARCS), HCM, Fusion AI Agent Studio, BI/OTBI reports
