Summary

Job Title: Business System Analyst
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 1 Year of Contract

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, data processing, business support, or related fields.
Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas alongside business users.
Hands-on experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission management systems.
Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for data transformation and workflow automation.
Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and platforms (DataHub or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical business users.
Ability to collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
English proficiency for communication with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Varicent Modeler or Varicent Administration.
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday or other operational platforms.
Knowledge of incentive compensation processes or sales performance management.
Experience with ITIL-based operational processes.
Strong documentation and process improvement skills.

Work Environment & Conditions
On-site role located in Plano, TX, working directly with business teams.
Monthly incentive cycle may require flexible working hours during peak periods.
