Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Senior Healthcare Strategy & Analytics Consultant (Business Analysis) for a remote opportunity that has the ability to convert fulltime. The Senior Healthcare Strategy & Analytics Consultant (Business Analysis) will combine the analytical discipline of a Business Analyst with the mindset of a strategic problem solver. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into workflows and requirements while also stepping back to connect the work to broader organizational goals. The analytical discipline of a Business Analyst with the mindset of a strategic problem solver. The Senior Healthcare Strategy & Analytics Consultant (Business Analysis) will work closely with our clients to translate complex needs into actionable insights and solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis
* Map current-state and future-state workflows across clinical, operational, or technology
processes
* Translate business needs into clear documentation such as user stories, functional
requirements, process diagrams, and use cases
* Facilitate discussions between stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to ensure
shared understanding
* Support solution design and implementation by clarifying requirements and validating
outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience as a Business Analyst, Healthcare Consultant, or similar role
* Experience working with healthcare systems, health payviders, digital health, or healthcare
technology
* Experience working on CRM systems, call center systems, or similar patient-experience
affiliated processes
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation
* Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear next steps
* Experience working directly with cross-functional teams and operational leaders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex
topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with project teams
* Experience in consulting environments or client-facing project work
Nice to have:
* Technical Experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and/or CRM Platforms
(Salesforce, Cheers, HubSpot)
* Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or new solution implementation
initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
