Summary

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to support an end-to-end data migration initiative for Weatherford. The consultant will bring strong functional knowledge across Procurement (PO), Order Management (OM), Inventory/Warehouse and Distribution and work closely with business, functional, technical, and data migration teams to ensure accurate migration of master and transactional data into Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM data migration, from legacy data assessment and mapping through conversion, reconciliation, and cutover.
  • Understand legacy data and map it to appropriate Oracle Fusion SCM data structures and business processes.
  • Define functional mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation requirements.
  • Support migration of relevant SCM data such as items, suppliers, sourcing/procurement data, purchase orders, sales orders, inventory balances, and related open transactions.
  • Work with business teams to identify data quality issues and support cleansing and remediation.
  • Partner with technical/data migration teams during data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
  • Perform functional validation and reconciliation following migration cycles.
  • Support mock conversions, testing, cutover preparation, and production migration.
  • Ensure migrated data supports the required end-to-end business processes in Oracle Fusion.

Required Experience

  • Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Procurement/PO, Order Management, Inventory/Warehouse and Distribution.
  • Experience with 2–3 Oracle implementations involving end-to-end data migration.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion master and transactional data.
  • Experience with data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, conversion testing, and cutover.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical teams.
