What You\'ll Do

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Perform daily machine maintenance, fluid checks, and work area cleanup
Support machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments
Monitor production runs and help troubleshoot and maintain quality standards
Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures
More experienced machinists may take on additional responsibilities such as programming, complex multi-axis setups, and process improvement work alongside engineering and quality teams

What You\'ll Bring

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Vocational degree or certificate in Precision Machining/CNC Operations is a plus
Entry-level candidates welcome - strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail matter most
For more advanced roles: hands-on CNC machining experience and familiarity with G-code/CNC programming is a plus
Comfortable reading precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during a shift
Reliable transportation and commitment to shift punctuality
