Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Developers with strong expertise in Actimize (ActOne & STAR) to support a critical financial crime case management platform. This role will focus primarily on production support, configuration, and enhancements of an enterprise application hosted on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production (BAU) support for Actimize-based applications (~50%)
- Perform configuration and customization using Actimize tools such as ActOne Designer and Visual Modeler (~30%)
- Develop and enhance application features using Java (~20%)
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and resolve production incidents
- Work with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting (not heavy backend development)
- Support case management workflows within financial crime systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including offshore partners
- Participate in ongoing enhancements and system improvements
- Utilize scripting (Python/PowerShell) for automation where required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with Actimize (ActOne required)
- Strong experience with Java development
- Hands-on experience with Actimize modules (ActOne, STAR preferred)
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience working in AWS cloud environments
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows platforms
- Understanding of financial crime / AML domain (preferred)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting
- Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with Actimize configuration tools (ActOne Designer, Visual Modeler)
- Prior experience in banking or financial services
