Qualification:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service to lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end AEM architecture for multiple brand websites, lead the migration from AEM on-premises to AEM Cloud Service, and establish scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Azure integrations, CI/CD, and .NET, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, define governance standards, and deliver high-quality digital solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end architecture for AEM Sites, Assets, and enterprise integrations.
  • Lead the migration from AEM On-Premises to AEM Cloud Service.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM solutions.
  • Develop and enforce reusable component architecture and monorepo governance.
  • Collaborate with Azure API architects and cloud teams for seamless integrations.
  • Design and implement content governance, metadata models, tagging strategies, and authoring workflows.
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies using Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
  • Integrate automated testing, accessibility validation, and performance testing into delivery pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, HIPAA, GDPR, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Define monitoring, logging, and performance optimization using Adobe Monitoring, Azure Application Insights, and Splunk.
  • Review technical designs, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor development teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and quality governance throughout the project lifecycle.
