Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team for an urgent engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, strong full-stack development capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. Insurance domain experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:

Canvas Apps

Model-Driven Apps

Custom Pages

Power Pages

Dataverse

Act as a champion for both technical and functional full-stack solutions, driving adoption of new features and technologies.

Work in Agile/iterative development teams with a DevOps mindset, ensuring delivery against committed timelines.

Develop robust, scalable applications using C# and .NET Framework.

Integrate Power Apps with:

Azure Functions

Azure Logic Apps

REST APIs

CRM applications

Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective business solutions.

Work with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate deployments and configurations.

Participate in deployment and hosting of web applications.

Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Stay current with industry trends and recommend continuous improvements.

Thrive in an informal, rapid innovation environment and provide hands-on technical leadership when required.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

8+ years of overall experience with Microsoft technologies.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Custom Pages, Power Pages, Dataverse).

Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework.

Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services and REST APIs.

Experience with Common Data Service (Dataverse).

Hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC.

Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with self-organizing teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with deployment and hosting of web applications.

Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
