Summary

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Support Team Lead to oversee daily helpdesk and system support activities.

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day activities of helpdesk staff (4–6 team members)
Monitor work assignments, performance, and follow-up on issue resolution
Ensure scheduled operational tasks are completed on time
Support daily system operations, including production and maintenance activities
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve computer system issues
Coordinate with operators, specialists, and technicians across IT operations
Provide occasional after-hours support as needed

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience supporting and operating computer systems
Experience working in a helpdesk or technical support environment
Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills
Ability to work onsite during standard business hours

Nice to Have

CompTIA A+ certification
