Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Planning (WFP).
The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM Planning solutions with a focus on workforce modeling, compensation planning, and headcount forecasting.
This role requires close collaboration with Finance and HR teams to align workforce planning with overall financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and support of Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) with Workforce Planning
Gather business requirements related to headcount planning, compensation, benefits, and workforce forecasting
Perform fit-gap analysis and design workforce planning models aligned with organizational goals
Configure Workforce Planning components, including:
Employee/Job dimensions and metadata
Compensation structures (salary, bonus, benefits)
Driver-based workforce models

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, HR, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning implementations

Strong hands-on experience with:

Oracle PBCS / EPBCS / Hyperion Planning
Workforce Planning (WFP) module
Calculation Manager (business rules, scripts)
