Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Zero Trust Security Architect to design and implement secure identity architectures for modern cloud environments, with a focus on agentic AI systems, identity governance, and Zero Trust security principles.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement identity security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.

  • Develop identity and access management (IAM) strategies for human users, applications, service accounts, and AI agents.

  • Define secure authentication, authorization, and access control frameworks.

  • Implement least-privilege access, role-based access control (RBAC), and attribute-based access control (ABAC).

  • Design identity lifecycle management, privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance solutions.

  • Develop security frameworks for agentic AI systems, including secure agent authentication, authorization, credential management, and access monitoring.

  • Integrate identity solutions with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, and security tools.

  • Establish identity threat detection, access monitoring, and audit controls.

  • Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to implement secure architectures.

  • Develop architecture documentation, security standards, and implementation guidelines.

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, security architecture, or related fields.

  • Strong knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture and identity-centric security.

  • Hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and MFA.

  • Experience with RBAC, ABAC, privileged access, and identity governance.

  • Understanding of cloud security across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Knowledge of API security, service identities, workload identities, and secrets management.

  • Strong understanding of security policies, risk assessment, and compliance controls.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience securing AI agents, autonomous workflows, or agentic AI platforms.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar identity platforms.

  • Knowledge of AI security risks, machine identities, and non-human identity governance.

  • Relevant cloud or cybersecurity certifications.

  • Strong communication, technical leadership, and architecture documentation skills.
