Job Summary

Tryfacta is seeking a Cyber IAM Project Manager for a long-term contract opportunity in Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Hybrid – 4 days onsite). This role will lead a citywide Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation across multiple agencies.

Position Details

• Title: Cyber IAM Project Manager
• Location: Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
• Duration: Long-term contract (through May 2028)
• Schedule: 35 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM/PAM program delivery across multiple agencies
• Coordinate with vendors, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and reporting
• Develop project charters, business cases, and implementation plans
• Build executive dashboards and reporting from technical metrics
• Drive rollout, adoption, and change management
• Ensure compliance with citywide and federal security standards (NIST)

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• 4+ years of IAM / Identity Management project experience
• 4+ years of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Strong experience in dashboarding and reporting
• Bachelor''s degree (CS, IT, Business, or related field)
• PMP Certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government/public sector projects
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux authentication integration
• Familiarity with NIST IAM frameworks
• Experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Additional Information

• On-camera interview required
• 4 days onsite required (no exceptions)
• Occasional travel within NYC may be required
