Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can bridge business goals and engineering execution for modern Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Spring Boot backend services, React/Vue front-end applications, and a strong understanding of latest technology trends, including the use of AI in SDLC and software specification generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Java-based applications.

• Work closely with engineering teams on Spring Boot microservices and React/Vue front-end platforms.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Leverage AI tools to improve:

  • Software requirement/specification generation

  • Design documentation

  • Test case creation and SDLC efficiency

• Collaborate with architects and developers on system design, APIs, and scalability decisions.

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and QA teams.

• Analyze product metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure alignment with security, performance, and compliance standards.

• Support release planning, go-to-market strategies, and post-release enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager / Product Owner.

• Hands-on understanding of:

  • Java applications and Spring Boot microservices

  • Frontend frameworks: React and/or Vue.js

  • REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native systems

• Experience applying AI/ML tools within SDLC (requirements generation, design, testing, documentation).

• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.

• Ability to read, understand, and discuss technical design and code-level concepts with engineers.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
