Hiring: Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Lead

Remote – USA | Long-Term Contract

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS to support M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise finance transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience
Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle FCCS
- Oracle ARCS
- Oracle EDMCS
Expertise in financial consolidation, close, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, financial reporting, and master data governance
Experience with M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and finance transformation programs
Strong experience with trial balance onboarding, metadata migration, hierarchy harmonization, and enterprise data governance
Experience leading requirements gathering, functional design, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM integrations
Oracle Data Management, REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
