Job Description:

OSMC - Techno Functional

• In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including: Product Catalogs and Services, Pricing and Rating Models, Billing and Invoicing, Renewals and Cancellations, and Revenue Recognition
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Experience with related Oracle modules (OM, AR, RMCS, Install Base)
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
• Ability to create functional design documents (FDDs) and test cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
• In-depth understanding of core subscription management processes, including:
• Product Catalogs and Services
• Pricing and Rating Models
• Billing and Invoicing
• Renewals and Cancellations
• Revenue Recognition

Experience required:

Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs for subscription models (recurring, usage-based)

Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing rules, billing schedules, proration, and discount logic

Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle: creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations

Ensure seamless integration with Order Management (OM), Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS), and external systems for a unified solution

Drive SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and conduct user training

Hands-on experience in the conversion of contracts to OSMC

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising on subscription best practices, SaaS billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
