Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Crystal Developer with 10–12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions using SAP Crystal Reports. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and database skills, experience working with ERP systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into accurate, high-quality reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP Crystal Reports for business users.
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop complex reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Crystal Reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support reporting needs.
• Integrate Crystal Reports with enterprise applications and ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot report performance issues and implement optimizations.
• Validate report accuracy through testing and quality assurance.
• Maintain report documentation, standards, and version control.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, DBAs, and project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide production support and resolve reporting-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience developing reports using SAP Crystal Reports.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports Server.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience integrating reports with ERP or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools.
• Experience with report scheduling, deployment, and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working in enterprise-level reporting environments.
